1. Introduction

Welcome to Cycle Ease (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, workshops, and programs related to PCOS wellness.

By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age, or using the website under parental/guardian supervision
  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under Indian law
  • All information provided by you is accurate and complete

3. Description of Services

Cycle Ease provides:

  • Online workshops related to PCOS awareness
  • Yoga-based wellness programs
  • Lifestyle and nutrition guidance
  • Educational content and community support

All services are intended for educational and general wellness purposes only.

4. Medical & Health Disclaimer

Cycle Ease does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • Our programs are not a substitute for professional medical care
  • You are advised to consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any program
  • Any reliance on information provided by Cycle Ease is solely at your own risk

5. Payments and Pricing

  • All prices are listed in INR
  • Full payment must be made before accessing any service
  • Payments are processed through secure third-party providers (e.g., Razorpay)

Cycle Ease shall not be liable for transaction failures due to payment gateway issues, bank failures, or network disruptions.

6. STRICT REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY (IMPORTANT)

6.1 Workshops (₹99–₹299)

  • All workshop purchases are final and non-refundable
  • No cancellations or refunds will be provided once payment is completed
  • In case of inability to attend:
    • Access to a recorded session may be provided at our discretion
    • OR rescheduling may be offered only if explicitly stated

6.2 Programs (e.g., 21-Day Cycle Ease Program)

  • Program fees are non-refundable once the program has started
  • Refund requests made after access to program materials or sessions will not be entertained

6.3 Exceptional Cases

Refunds will only be considered if:

  • There is a verified duplicate payment, OR
  • There is a complete failure of service delivery from our side

In such cases:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

6.4 No Guarantee Clause

  • Results vary from person to person
  • We do not guarantee specific outcomes (weight loss, symptom reversal, etc.)
  • Dissatisfaction based on results is not a valid reason for refund

7. Yoga & Physical Activity Liability Waiver

By enrolling in any Cycle Ease program or workshop, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are voluntarily participating in yoga and wellness activities
  • You are physically and medically fit to participate
  • You have consulted a doctor if you have any pre-existing condition

You expressly agree that:

  • Cycle Ease and its instructors shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, or health complication arising from participation
  • You assume full responsibility for your health and safety during sessions

You are advised to:

  • Practice within your limits
  • Stop immediately if discomfort occurs

8. User Responsibilities

You agree:

  • Not to share, copy, or distribute paid content
  • Not to misuse or exploit our services
  • To maintain respectful behavior in sessions and communities

Violation may result in:

  • Immediate termination of access
  • No refund

9. Intellectual Property

All materials, including:

  • Videos
  • Documents
  • Branding
  • Website content

are the exclusive property of Cycle Ease and are protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Cycle Ease shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • We are not responsible for:
    • Health outcomes
    • User negligence
    • Third-party platform failures

11. Third-Party Platforms

We may use third-party tools such as:

  • Zoom / Google Meet
  • Payment gateways
  • Email/WhatsApp communication tools

We are not responsible for technical issues arising from these platforms.

12. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate access
  • Remove users from programs

without refund if terms are violated.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction (India Compliance)

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, including:

  • The Indian Contract Act, 1872
  • The Information Technology Act, 2000
  • Applicable consumer protection laws

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in [Insert City, e.g., Bangalore, India].

15. Consumer Protection Clause

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019:

  • Users are entitled to fair service and transparency
